Since much of 3M non-silicone thermal interface pads are designed with filled acrylic polymer, they are a perfect solution to silicone sensitive applications. Acrylic thermal based interface pads can be used within a wide range of electronic applications that require heat transfers from a warmer source to a cooler location. Typically, acrylic thermal pads are effective for short periods to 135C. Applications include:

Silicone vs Non-Silicone Thermal Interface Pads

Acrylic thermal pads by 3M do not contain silicone oils which bleed throughout the electronic components, which can cause numerous problems including corrosion of electrical connections. Acrylic thermal material from 3M is low outgassing, unlike silicone pads, and provides excellent dielectric qualities as well.
Conversely, silicone interface pads can provide excellent heat durability, with some materials able to withstand temperatures up to 200C. However, within electronic applications that temperature range is generally unnecessary. Additionally, silicone thermal pads can be extremely soft enabling conformability challenges.
